I have bought and sold several houses in my lifetime and have had many experiences with realtors, ranging from excellent to very bad. Lori Bollinger, with Michael Saunders & Co. is without a doubt the BEST realtor I have ever dealt with, bar none. I recently moved to Florida from Oregon. Any move is stressful, but moving from out of state is off the charts! However, Lori made the home buying process practically stress free! First, we met over the phone to discuss my must haves, my would like to haves, and the general area where I wanted to be. She spent a lot of time getting to know me and what I wanted. When I flew into the area to house hunt, because she has such such extensive knowledge of the area and the real estate market, she was able to show me only homes that exactly fit these requirements. No wasted time! We spent a few days together looking at areas of the city, and then the specific homes that she chose for me. She was really excellent about pointing out things that I wasn’t seeing. I tend to get excited about one thing, and then overlook other things, so having somebody point things out was huge. She is going for the long term relationship, never just the sale and that is obvious. She is super responsive and always answers her texts and messages very quickly so you’re never left hanging. Also, Lori is extremely detailed oriented and takes fabulous notes! Being a person that is not that way, it was really a lifesaver for me because she had information I was looking for during the buying process at the tip of her fingers, when I couldn’t find it at all. As a side note, her notetaking and attention to the detail is the only reason I have a brand new beautiful and FREE golf cart sitting in my garage! My builder had a promo going that I was right on the cusp of, but they told Lori I would get a free golf cart if I signed by a certain date. Due to delays by the builder, they tried to wiggle out of it. But because Lori took such good notes when she met with the builder prior to my arrival, she was able to prove what they told her and so I got the golf cart! That would’ve never happened without her! Lori was at every inspection, and every walk thru and appointment with the builder even when she didn’t need to be. She also helped me find home insurance in Florida, and a mortgage brokers she trusts, proof she goes above and beyond! She also gave me an education about homeownership in Florida, which is completely different from other states due to various laws etc and also the humid weather. Because I am from out of town and don’t know the area, she gave me a lot of good information so that when I arrived, I could hit the ground running to get everything set up that I needed to do. I just can’t say enough about this realtor. There are numerous decisions to make, when moving and buying a new home. The smartest one you can make, in your in whole homebuying process, is to choose Lori Bollinger of Michel Sanders as your realtor.
